Good printer, decent support
I ordered the Neptune FDM 3D printer during an anniversary sale, got a pretty good price. I had an issue getting the bed leveled perfectly at first, and their online support chat was helpful, though it took a few tries to get a clear answer. Love my new laser!
Got the Phecda laser engraver and it's amazing! Setup was surprisingly easy. I was engraving test pieces within an hour. The detail is fantastic, way better than I thought it would be. I even added the rotary attachment later, which was super simple to install and works perfectly for tumblers. So much fun to use. Definitely recommend it!
